Return Policy

At Rancher’s Express, we prioritize product quality and customer satisfaction. Due to the perishable nature of our products, please review our return policy below:

1. No Returns on Perishables  
We do not accept returns on fresh or frozen meat products once delivered, for food safety reasons.

2. Issues with Orders  
If you receive:  
- the wrong item  
- a missing item  
- damaged or spoiled meat  

Please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with clear photos and your order details.

3. Refunds or Replacements  
Once we confirm the issue, we will either:  
- Issue a refund, or  
- Replace the affected item(s) at no extra cost.
- Must be returned in its original packaging

4. Delivery Concerns  
We are not liable for delays caused by incorrect addresses or inability to reach the customer during delivery.
