Q: What types of meat do you offer?
A: We supply premium lamb, beef, and processed items such as minced meat and patties.
Q: Are your meats fresh or frozen?
A: Both. Fresh meats are processed daily, while frozen options are blast-chilled to lock in flavor and quality.
Q: Do you offer pasture-raised or grass-fed options?
A: Yes. Our signature products include *Grade A pasture-raised lamb* and premium grass-fed beef.
Q: Are your products Halal?
A: Yes. All animals are processed under Halal-compliant standards.
Ordering & Customization
Q: Can I request custom cuts?
A: Yes. Our butchers can prepare chops, shanks, boneless cuts, ribs, steaks, and other custom portions based on your request.

Q: Do you have a minimum order quantity
A: No minimum for retail purchases. Wholesale orders may require minimum quantities depending on the product.
Packaging & Delivery
Q: How is your meat packaged?
A: We use food-grade and vacuum-sealed packaging to maintain freshness, hygiene, and shelf life.
Q: Do you offer delivery?
A: Yes. We deliver across Lagos including Ikorodu, Ayobo/Ipaja, and surrounding areas. We also make deliveries outside Lagos. Delivery fees vary by location.
Q: How fast is the delivery?
A: Same-day or next-day delivery is available for most orders, depending on time of request.
Wholesale & Special Orders
Q: Do you supply restaurants, caterers, or retailers?
A: Yes. We offer bulk and wholesale pricing for businesses of all sizes.
Q: Can I order a whole animal?
A: Yes. You can pre-order whole lamb, or cow for events or bulk processing. We also provide custom cutting and packaging.
Q: Do you offer price lists?
Yes. You can request an updated price list anytime via WhatsApp.

A: We run seasonal and festive promotions during Salah, Christmas, Easter, and other holidays.
Q: What is your return or replacement policy?
A: If there is an issue with your order, contact us within 24 hours. We will review and resolve it promptly.
